Sauteed Shrimp in Herb Butter (Adrienne)

1 lb. raw shrimp
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. chives
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 tsp. season-all
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

* Cook shrimp in all ingredients until pink and done. Serve over rice pilaf.
