1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup white corn syrup
3 eggs - slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans (she uses pecan pieces, easier to slice than whole ones)
1 deep dish pie crust
* Work 1/2 cup butter til creamy.
* Add 1/2 cup sugar slowly.
* Stir in 3/4 cup of white corn syrup. & 3/4 cup maple syrup.
* Add 3 eggs- slightly beaten.
* Add 1 tsp. Vanilla
* Add 1 cup pecans.
* 325° for 1 hour
