Banana Nut Bread (Janice's recipe)
Baby its cold outside ... and MM was asking for the recipe, so here it is… best banana nut bread recipe ever from our (Williamsport) childhood babysitter who really was a great lady.
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
½ cup Margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ cup Sour cream
1 ½ cup Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
½ tsp. Salt
1 cup Mashed bananas
½ c. Chopped nuts

· Preheat the oven, grease a loaf pan.
· Cream margarine, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
· Add dry ingredients, then banana, nut, sour cream, mix well.
· Bake 1 hour at 350º
· For Muffins, Bake at 350º for 25 minutes appx.
